We accept cards and cash at our offices located at 308 S College St. if you prefer to pay in person (M-F 8am-4pm). Please note, we will not make any passes that are not paid for.
My application verifies that I understand that I will assume all risks involved when entering the Cy Young Park and Pool areas. If I fail to follow any of the rules set by the Village of Newcomerstown, I understand that will be asked to leave the premises and my pass maybe revoked for the season.
This includes all guidelines set in place for proper social distancing. We ask that you stay home if you have any of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pains, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell. We also require that you always stay six (6) feet apart from people not in your immediate family while in the park and/or pool area.
Passes must be present with every admission.
