Simonds Heller Park opened in August of 2021. It is located off of South River Street by the Newcomerstown Football Stadium. We are in the process of getting an exact address to the park.
It's a half mile walking trail that goes along the river and beside the old Simonds manufacturing plant. There is a boating ramp at the parking lot. Canoers and Kayakers are free to put in here as well. This is a wonderful place to take a walk and unwind, boat, fish, or take a picnic and eat at one of our pavilions. We have many plans for this park, please stay tuned for future announcements! Scroll down to view a map of the park!
